Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current university, post-graduate, community and technical college students in the United States. Applicant must submit an essay on what their inspiration for being an ace driver is.

Alcohol Addiction Awareness Essay Contest

Amount: Up to $3,000
Closing Date: February 1, 2017
Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled full-time in a U.S. institution for graduate or undergraduate programs. Applicant must submit an essay on a given topic related to alcohol abuse. Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States.

American Indian Services Scholarship

Closing Date: February 1, 2017
Description: Applicant must be one-quarter (1/4) Northern-Native American Indian and enrolled in undergraduate studies at university, junior college, or technical school. Applicant must have at least a 2.25 GPA.

Ann Olson Memorial Doctoral Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students who are currently enrolled in (or applying to) a PhD, DNSc or DNP nursing program for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Bachelor’s in Nursing Degree Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled for their senior year of a bachelor of nursing degree program at an NLN or CCNE accredited School of Nursing in the 2017-2018 academic year.

Bart Kamen Memorial FIRST Scholarship

Closing Date: February 1, 2017
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to, or applied for admission, to an eligible undergraduate program, which means a full-time program in Biomedical Engineering, pre-medical studies, or a program that allows students to pursue a chosen major while simultaneously completing a subset of medical school prep courses. Applicant must have participated as a team member for a minimum of one year on a FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, or FIRST Robotics Competition team.

Beverage Industry Scholarship Program

Amount: Up to $5,000
Closing Date: February 1, 2017
Description: Scholarships are open to children, grandchildren or legal guardians of person who currently hold full-time employment with a company with a valid California beer, liquor or wine license. This includes restaurants, hotels, retail and wholesale grocery, airlines, breweries, wineries, distributors, etc. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or community college transfer student who will be attending an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.

BMI Founders Award For Radio Broadcasting

Description: Award is open to currently enrolled students enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university. Applicant must be working towards a Broadcasting degree with an academic focus in radio broadcasting. Applicable majors include, but are not limited to Broadcast and Emerging media, Broadcast Communications, Broadcast Journalism, Broadcasting, Broadcasting and Mass Communications, Electric Media and Broadcasting, and Radio and Television Broadcast Technology.

BMI Student Composer Awards
Sponsor: BMI Foundation, Inc.
Amount: Up to $5,000
Closing Date: February 1, 2017
Description: Award is open to citizens of a country in the Western Hemisphere who are enrolled in an accredited public, private, or parochial secondary school, in an accredited college or conservatory of music, or engaged in the private study of music with a recognized and established teacher. Applicant must have been born on or after February 2, 1989 and younger than 27 years of age. Applicant must submit one composition.
