Description: Scholarship is open to young parents (be a teen parent – any gender, defined as pregnant/expecting by 19) and 25 or younger at the time of application. Applicant must be from the Washington, DC area (within 50 miles). Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, legal resident or have DACA status.
