Some students are offered athletic scholarships to continue their sport in college. However, not all student athletes are give this opportunity. Luckily, there are outside scholarships open just to student athletes. Some of the scholarships listed are for specific sports, while others are open to all student athletes.

Helen Gee Chin Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens who plan to or are currently enrolled full-time as an undergraduate at an accredited U.S. four-year college or university for the entire academic year. Applicant must have studied one or more of the Chinese Martial Arts – Kung Fu, Wu Shu, or Tai Chi – for a minimum of five years.

Babe Ruth League Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors and current college students. Applicant must have participated in a Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball or Babe Ruth Softball League anytime during the ages of 4-18.

AIM Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to ATA and AIM members between 16 and 22 years of age.

Marsh Scholarship

MFMA Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students who will be enrolled during the next academic year. Applicant must submit a personal essay answering one of five given questions. Scholarship is only open to specific majors (too many to list) – see website for details.

American Legion Baseball Scholarship
