Description: Scholarship is open to graduate students who are pursuing a course of study in the field of historic preservation at a college or university in the United States.

DEED Educational Scholarships
Sponsor: American Public Power Association (APPA)
Amount: $2,000
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current full-time students attending an accredited institution in the United States. Applicant must be working toward a career at an electric utility. Applicant must also be attending school in a county with at least one DEED member utility and be sponsored by a DEED member. See website for specific information.

Dr. Aura-Lee A. and James Hobbs Pittenger American History Scholarship
Sponsor: Daughters of the American Revolution
Amount: $2,000
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who will pursue an undergraduate degree with a concentrated study of a minimum of 24 credit hours in American History and American Government.

Dr. Francis Anthony Beneventi Medical Scholarship
Sponsor: Daughters of the American Revolution
Amount: $5,000
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to students either attending or planning to attend an approved, accredited medical school, college, or university. Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.25.

Edward G. and Helen A. Borgens Elementary and Secondary Teacher Education Scholarships
Sponsor: Daughters of the American Revolution
Amount: $1,500
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to students 25 years of age or older who are at least college sophomores with a 3.5 GPA or higher. Applicant must be studying to teach elementary or secondary level.

Elizabeth J. Davis Scholarship
Sponsor: VNAs of Vermont
Amount: Up to $3,000
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to Vermont students who are enrolled in a certified college (does not have to be a Vermont college) who are studying either nursing (RN or LPN), physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or medical social work.

Enid Hall Griswold Memorial Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to college juniors and seniors enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States who are pursuing a major in political science, history, government, or economics.

Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship
Sponsor: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Amount: Up to $9,500
Closing Date: January 31, 2019extended to February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to full-time sophomore students who are majoring in a discipline related to NOAA’s programs and missions. Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a U.S. citizen.

Foundation for Blended and Online Learning Scholarship Program
Sponsor: The Foundation for Blended and Online Learning
Amount: Up to $10,000
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who have completed a minimum of five blended or online courses during their last two years of high school. Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement or improvement as a direct result of their enrollment in the blended/online learning curriculum.

Frances Crawford Marvin American Indian Scholarship
Sponsor: Daughters of the American Revolution
Amount: Varies
Closing Date: February 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to full-time students at a two or four-year college or university who is Native American and has proof of American Indian blood. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and have a 3.25 GPA or higher.
