Contestant must draw, paint, or sketch a picture of an eligible North American waterfowl species. Deadline only for Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. National Italian American Foundation Scholarships
