Description: Scholarship is open to students who will be enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university in the fall of 2019. Applicant must submit a 5-6 minute video which includes a 1-2 minute video bio, and 2-3 minute video on one of two given topics related to guns.

Stand Up Men Award

Description: Scholarship is open to 8th graders, high school students, and undergraduate students under the age of 25 and of any gender. Applicant must submit an original 3-6 minute film on any man they know who is taking a stand to prevent violence against women and/or standing up for women’s rights.

Fund for Education Abroad Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a college or university in the U.S. Applicant must be planning to study abroad and program must be eligible for credit at the student’s educational institution.

Orange Scholars Program

Description: Scholars program is open to high school seniors and current college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Applicant must be a dependent of an hourly associate of The Home Depot or its subsidiaries to be eligible for the program.

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are high school juniors and will enroll full-time at an accredited U.S. college or university as an undergraduate for the first time in fall 2020.

Description: Scholarship is open to four-year college bound California high school seniors with excellent credentials who have demonstrated a breadth of interests, a driving desire to succeed in their chosen endeavors, outstanding community citizenship and the ability to share their experiences through the written word. Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Description: Scholarship is open to young women involved in the barbershop art form, to assist in the furtherance of their music education. Applicant must be an undergraduate student studying music education or vocal pedagogy.

Curtis Kinetic Science Competition

Closing Date: January 25, 2019
Description: Competition is open to any school, science club, and home school group in the nine surrounding counties (Brevard, Lake, Marion, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Park, Sumter, and Volusia) in grades 5-8. Students may work in teams of up to five to build a kinetic system with multiple energy transformations.
