Rinse, Recycle, Repeat: Create a Recycling Bin to Reduce Waste

How to enter: Share stories like Alexa’s on social media to encourage schools to adopt fairer policies for your chance to win the scholarship.
Crash Text Dummy: Prevent Texting and Driving
Scholarship Amount: $5,000
Closing Date: May 31, 2017
About: Texting and driving is a major cause of crashes. However, 4 in 10 teens still do it.
How to enter: Sign up to receive tips from DoSomething to ask friends to not text-and-drive for your chance at winning the scholarship.
Eligibility Information
While there is no GPA, test score, or essay requirements, there are some eligibility requirements students must meet to enter any of the above scholarship opportunities:
- US or Canadian citizens, regardless of residence OR reside in the U.S. or Canada.
- 13 to 25 years of age.
