If you have any money left over after paying for tuition and fees can you have it ?

After you get scolarships ship money and pay for tor tuition and fees can you keep the leftovers?

  It all depends on the specific scholarship. Some are very specific and say that money can only go towards expenses that are directly paid to the institution. Other scholarships say it can go towards any educational purpose. To be sure, you should check directly with the scholarship provider.
