Preference will be given to individuals who demonstrate a willingness to serve the general public through past civic responsibilities, and secondly, to students who have expressed an intention to become an attorney.

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current undergraduate students who have completed at least one inpatient stay in an accredited psychiatric facility, substance abuse center, or similar behavioral health treatment center. In addition to the nationwide scholarship, there is a scholarship open to females who are Tennessee or Midsouth (North Mississippi, East Arkansas) residents who have been treated for suicidal ideation/attempt.
