Students will be selected based on academic excellence, community involvement, leadership skills, awards and honors, and financial need.

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and high school graduates who live in targeted, locked-out states that do not offer in-state tuition to DREAMers, or bars them from attending state colleges and universities all together.
