The field of study is not limited to agribusiness, farm operation or production agriculture, but should relate to or benefit rural America.

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and high school graduates who live in targeted, locked-out states that do not offer in-state tuition to DREAMers, or bars them from attending state colleges and universities all together.
