Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are sons, daughters, stepsons, stepdaughters or dependents of a Nevada State Firefighter’ Association member.

Cathay Bank Foundation Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who reside in California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington and plan to attend a college in one of those states. Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA and have a household income at or below the Low Income Level.

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who reside in the following counties: California (Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Clara), Nevada (Clark), or Texas (Collin, Denton, Dallas). Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA and a household income at or below the low income level. Scholarship is open to all majors and there is no ethnicity requirement.

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who reside in the New York City area (New York County, King County, Queens County, or Richmond County), New Jersey (Middlesex County), Southern California (Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County), Nevada (Clark County), Illinois (Cook County), or Hawaii (Honolulu County, Oahu only). Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA and have a household income at or below the county low income level. Scholarship is open to all majors and there is no ethnicity requirement.

Celebrate the West High School Art Competition

Amount: Up to $600
Closing Date: April 24, 2026
Description: Competition is open to high school students (grades 9-12) in public, private, charter, and alternative schools. Home-schooled students in that age group also may enter. Student must be in a school in a WGA member state: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Applicant must create original work inspired by their state or otherwise evocative of the West.
