Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors in Nebraska who are writers, photographers, videographers or social media professionals in the general category rural Nebraska, with preference given to Sandhills subject matter. Access College Early (ACE) Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship program is open to low-income high school students to enroll in college courses from Nebraska college or universities, either through dual-enrollment or early enrollment agreements with the institutions. Deadline is for Winter term classes.

PFLAG Omaha Scholarship

Heartland Foundation Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to students studying health care or nursing. Multiple scholarships available with specific requirements. Applicant must live within the Heartland Foundation service region (select counties in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska).

Celebrate the West High School Art Competition
Sponsor: Western Governors’ Association
Amount: Up to $1,200
Closing Date: April 28, 2019
Description: Competition is open to high school students (grades 9-12) in public, private, charter, and alternative schools. Home-schooled students in that age group also may enter. Student must be in a school in a WGA member state: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Applicant must submit a two-dimensional art piece on what their state means to them.
