Description: Scholarship is open to students, age 21 and under, who reside in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming. Application must be a high school senior or graduate who plans to enroll for the first time in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.

Description: Competition is open to high school students (grades 9-12) in public, private, charter, and alternative schools. Home-schooled students in that age group also may enter. Student must be in a school in a WGA member state: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Applicant must submit a two-dimensional art piece on what their state means to them.
