Scholarships open to students studying in the social sciences and the humanities including, but not limited to, Anthropology, Economics, English, History, Languages, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology.

Belin Arts Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to individuals with talent in painting, sculpture, photography, music, drama, dance, literature, or architecture. Preference will be given to residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Business Student Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are U.S. citizens and are planning careers of service to the United States in local, state, or federal government.

NEHS Scholarships

Child Welfare and Development Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social work (sociology, psychology, social sciences or a related field) at an accredited university. Applicant must have good academic standing and extracurricular experience working with children who have experienced neglect or abuse.

Description: Scholarship is open to female students who are graduating high school seniors at a Nebraska high school and plans to enroll as an English major at an accredited college or university.

Texas History Essay Contest

Description: Contest is open to graduating high school seniors in Texas. History, Government, and English students are particularly encouraged to participate. Applicant must submit an essay on the last president of the Republic of Texas.
