Scholarships open to students studying in the social sciences and the humanities including, but not limited to, Anthropology, Economics, English, History, Languages, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology.

CaGIS Student Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree program during the 2018 or 2019 academic year, studying cartography, geographic information science, or a closely related field.

Child Welfare and Development Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social work (sociology, psychology, social sciences or a related field) at an accredited university. Applicant must have good academic standing and extracurricular experience working with children who have experienced neglect or abuse.

Description: Scholarship is open to female students who are graduating high school seniors at a Nebraska high school and plans to enroll as an English major at an accredited college or university.

Texas History Essay Contest

Description: Contest is open to graduating high school seniors in Texas. History, Government, and English students are particularly encouraged to participate. Applicant must submit an essay on Texas History.

Enterprise Education Foundation Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors at specific Minnesota high schools (see website for details). Applicant must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota and plan to pursue study in Business, Finance, MIS, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Pre-Law, or Pre-Med.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to Zetas and non-Zetas who are high school seniors and current college students. In addition to the general scholarships, there are scholarships specifically to students studying Anthropology, Counseling, Education, Health Sciences, Medicine or Social Work.
