Regeneron Science Talent Search (Regeneron STS)

Description: Talent search is open to any student who is enrolled in and attending his or her last year of secondary school in the United States or its territories. Applicant must conduct independent science, math or engineering research.

War Veterans Scholarship
Sponsor: AFCEA Educational Foundation
Amount: $2,500
Closing Date: November 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to persons on active duty in the uniformed military services, to honorably discharged U.S. military veterans (including Reservists and National Guard personnel) of the Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan or Iraqi Freedom Operations who are currently enrolled and attending classes in an Undergraduate program part-time or full-time in an eligible STEM major degree program at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.

STEM Superheroes: Draw or Print a STEM Superhero to Inspire Younger Students

Description: Women, people of color, and people with disabilities are les likely to pursue STEM careers. You could win an easy scholarship by drawing an original superhero who uses STEM to make the world a better place! Use DoSomething’s template to create a poster for your schools’ classrooms. Your poster will (super) empower students to pursue STEM and you’ll be entered to win a scholarship.

Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate students enrolled, or planning to enroll, in physics teacher preparation curricula and high school seniors entering such programs.

National Space Club and Foundation Keynote Scholars Program

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors, college undergraduate students, and graduate students with plans to pursue a career in the science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) fields. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.

UNCF Princeton Committee Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to current college students attending a HBCU. Applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of New Jersey from Mercer, Middlesex, or Somerset Counties. There are no major restrictions to be eligible for this opportunity, however applicants planning to major in one of the STEM related fields are highly encouraged to apply.

Science Ambassador Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to women seeking an undergraduate degree in science, engineering, or math. Applicant must be enrolled in fall of 2020. There is no citizenship requirement, but student must be or planning to attend a college in the U.S. Applicant must submit a three minute video explaining a topic in science they are passionate about.

Novus Biologicals Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to students worldwide enrolled or accepted for enrollment in undergraduate or graduate studies with a declared major in a science related field. Applicant must submit a personal statement and a statement on what they believe the biggest hurdle for people working in their specific field of interest and why.

R&D Systems Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students worldwide enrolled or accepted for enrollment in undergraduate or graduate studies with a declared major in a science related field. Applicant must submit a personal statement and a written statement on the biggest struggle for science right now.

API Study Abroad and Intern Abroad Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to API program participants. There are multiple scholarships with specific requirements – see website for details. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships specifically open to community college students, military veterans, non-traditional students, students with disabilities, minority students, LGBTQ students, STEM majors, and student athletes.

Scarlett Family Foundation College Scholarships

Amount: Up to $15,000
Closing Date: December 15, 2019
Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who will or have graduated from a public, independent or homeschool association high school in 40 Middle Tennessee counties. Applicant must be pursuing a business or STEM approved degree at a four-year, non-profit college or university in the fall of 2020.

Edison Scholars Program

Amount: Up to $10,000 per year, totaling $40,000 over four years
Closing Date: December 16, 2019
Description: Scholars program is open to high school seniors planning to pursue science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) at a four-year college or university on a full-time basis. Applicant must also have at least a 3.0 GPA and live in the Southern California Edison service territory.
