Description: Scholarship is open to currently enrolled high school senior or student who graduated from a high school located in Kosciusko County, Indiana or is a currently enrolled college undergraduate student located in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Applicant must be pursuing a medical, nursing, or other related clinical education degree at an accredited two- or four- year college or university. and have at least a 3.5 GPA.

Applicant must be pursuing a degree that leas to a career as a clinical profession (Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Nurse, Pharmacist, Dentist, Social Work, Addiction Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or related clinical profession.
