Scholarships open to students majoring in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, and other related fields.

Kentucky Farm Bureau Scholarships

Amount: Up to $2,000
Closing Date: January 28, 2022
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students majoring in agriculture or a related field at a Kentucky college or university (unless the program of study is not offered in the state of Kentucky). Applicant must be a member of Kentucky Farm Bureau and remain such while the scholarship is in force.

Ag Day Essay Contest

Description: Contest is open to students in grades 9 through 12 in the 2021-2022 school year who are U.S. citizens. Applicant must submit a written or video essay on a given topic related to agriculture.

FLAGship Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and college freshman who are from Nebraska and plan on continuing their education in the state. Applicant must be a member of NeCGA or the son/daughter of an NeCGA member and plan to be studying in the agriculture field.

Future of Agriculture Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students who are an Iowa Corn Growers Association member or son/daughter of an ICGA member. Applicant must be planning to study a field that can equip them to contribute to the agriculture industry in Iowa.

North Dakota Corn Growers Association Scholarship

NCGA William C. Berg Academic Excellence in Agriculture Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students entering at least their second undergraduate year at an accredited junior college, college or university and pursuing a degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or an Ag vocation field. Applicant must be a NCGA member or son/daughter of an NCGA member.

Robert Hunter Swadley Horticulture Scholarship

TSCRF Scholarship

IAA Foundation Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to high school graduates and graduating high school seniors who are Illinois Farm Bureau members, spouses of a member, or a member’s child. Applicant must be accepted for enrollment or enrolled at an accredited college, university, community college or trade school majoring in agriculture, agribusiness, or a closely related field.

OAC Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to high school seniors preparing to enter college or any other undergraduate student currently enrolled in college. Applicants or their parents or legal guardian must be a resident of the State of Ohio. Applicant must have declared, or plan to declare, a major in agriculture.

Black Winemakers Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to African-American college sophomores, juniors, and seniors, as well as graduate students attending any U.S. accredited four-year or graduate college or university. Applicant must have at least a 3.2 GPA. Undergraduates must be majoring in viticulture or enology and graduate students must be pursuing degrees in one of the following fields: agriculture, environmental chemistry, chemical engineering, ecology, food science, integrative genetics & genomics, horticulture & agronomy, microbiology, plant pathology, soils & biogeochemistry, or viticulture.
