Peter J. Hengel Thai Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to males of Thai descent, age 23 and under, who are high school seniors or graduates and plan to enroll or students who are already enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States (preferably Minnesota) for the entire upcoming academic year. Preference will be given to students who are gay.

Description: Scholarship is open to currently enrolled students working towards a degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from a group underrepresented in their field of study. Description: Scholarship is open to Asian American students who are AAJA student members. Applicant must demonstrate journalistic excellence and a strong interest in pursuing sports journalism as a career. Applicants must be an undergraduate enrolled with at least 12 credit units per semester at a junior college or university in the United States.

Description: Scholarship is open to students who are of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity and are citizens, nationals, or legal permanent residents of the United States. Applicant must be enrolling as an undergraduate student in a U.S. accredited college or university in the Fall of 2019. Special focus will be given to students who live at or below the poverty level and/or are the first in their family to attend college.
