Artistic Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to Asian American high school seniors and current college students who are/will be pursuing a major in the visual/performing arts (film, theatre, fashion, photography, graphic design, dance, music, journalism, mass communications, etc.). Applicant must be a citizen, national or legal permanent resident of the U.S. and have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to qualified students from minority groups underrepresented in law schools who attend one of the Law Schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.

David Hudak Memorial Essay Contest for Freethinking Students of Color
Sponsor: Freedom From Religion Foundation

Description: Competition is open to freethinking students of color ages 17-21 who are either high school seniors or students currently enrolled in a college or university. Applicant must submit an essay on a given prompt related to rejection of religion. The contest is offered to provide support and acknowledgment for freethinking students of color, as a minority within a minority.

Description: Award is open to students enrolled in an accredited respiratory care training program. Preference will be given to nominees of minority origin.

TechChecks Business Leadership Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming students for Fall 2023 who will be working towards their MBA or any other field that emphasizes business or marketing. Preference will be given to applicants who are female, have a disability, or belong to a minority group.

API Scholarship

Description: Scholarships are open to API program participants. There are multiple scholarships with specific requirements – see website for details. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships specifically open to community college students, military veterans, non-traditional students, students with disabilities, minority students, LGBTQ students, STEM majors, and student athletes.

Prism Foundation Scholarship

Description: Scholarships are open to current college students who express activism in the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) and/or lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) communities; however, applicants do not need to identify as either to apply. Preference will be given to those who identify as both API and LGBTQ. There is no citizenship requirement, however student must be attending a U.S. accredited institution.
