Edna Blum Scholarship for NY Residents

Description: Scholarship is open to students with an unmet financial need attending colleges and universities throughout the United States. Applicant must be from the NYC area (one of the five Burroughs only), be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, and have at least a 2.5 GPA.

Generation Google Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to aspiring students pursuing computer science degrees during the 2021-2022 academic year. Program is open to students who meet all the minimum qualification, but students who identify with groups that are historically excluded from the technology industry (Women, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) are encouraged to apply.

Description: Scholarship is open to African American students who are juniors (Class of 2022) enrolled at accredited four-year HBCUs. Applicant must be majoring in business, finance, or accounting, have at least a 3.0 GPA , and have demonstrated financial need.

Description: Scholarship is open to current sophomores and juniors who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement within the various business disciplines at the targeted UNCF institutions.

Description: Scholarship is open to college students residing in the US who identify as a member of the LGBT community. LGBT students of color, those who identify as transgender or non-binary, LGBT students with disabilities and those with geographic diversity are strongly encourage to apply.

Description: Scholarship is open to high school students in South Carolina with at least a 2.0 GPA. Scholarship is open to all students, but females who are African American or of African descent are encouraged to apply.

API Study Abroad and Intern Abroad Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to API program participants. There are multiple scholarships with specific requirements – see website for details. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships specifically open to community college students, military veterans, non-traditional students, students with disabilities, minority students, LGBTQ students, STEM majors, and student athletes.

Predoctoral Fellowship

Description: Fellowship is open to all citizens, U. S. nationals, and permanent residents of the United States, as well as individuals granted deferred action status under the DACA program. Applicant must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an eligible research-based program leading to a Ph.D. or Sc.D. degree at a non-proprietary U.S. institution of higher education. Applicant must be committed to a career in teaching and research at the college or university level. Membership in one or more of the following groups whose underrepresentation in the American professoriate will be considered a positive factor when choosing candidates: Alaskan Natives, Black/African-Americans, Mexican Americans/Chicanas/Chicanos, Native American Indians, Native Pacific Islanders, and Puerto Ricans.

Description: Scholarship is open to currently enrolled students working towards a degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from a group underrepresented in their field of study. Institute for Oral Health Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a dental hygiene or dental program.
