Description: Scholarship is open to deserving Louisiana students who are or will be majoring in an insurance related field at a Louisiana university, college, or community college.

Phyliss J. McCarthy Scholarship for Excellence in Writing

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. and international students who are current high school juniors and seniors (and rising juniors for the 2020-2021 school year). Applicant must respond to one of three prompts.

Description: Scholarship is open to college sophomores enrolled full-time at one of the 37 UNCF member institutions beginning fall 2020. Applicant must be in good academic standing with at least a 3.0 GPA and have unmet financial need as determined by the financial aid office at their college or university. Applicant must also have evidence of community service commitment/involvement.
