Employment Boost Academic Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current college students who have at least a 3.6 GPA. Scholarship is open to students worldwide, but student must be attending college in the U.S. In addition to the general scholarship, there is a scholarship open only to students studying in a Business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) fields. For the general scholarship, applicant must read and interpret a given poem. For the STEM scholarship, applicant must submit an essay on a given topic related to technology.

Description: Competition is open to students enrolled for the 2018-2019 school year in any law school accredited by the American Bar Association. Papers must deal with a topic that lies within the substance, procedure, or scope of the specialized jurisdiction of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

George Watt Prize

Description: Contest is open to high school, undergraduate and graduate students. Contestant must submit a written piece of work about any aspect of the Spanish Civil War, the global political or cultural struggles against fascism in the 1920s and 1930s, or the lifetime histories and contributions of the Americans who fought in support of the Spanish Republic from 1936 and 1938. Global First Responders Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to children of law enforcement officers or firefighters who either died or became permanent disabled in the line of duty who is a graduating high school senior/incoming college freshmen.
