Scholarships for Non-Traditional Students

Many scholarships have age limits, leaving non-traditional college students (over 25 years of age) out of luck. However, there are still many scholarships out there that have no age requirements, or are specifically open to non-traditional college students.

Improving Senior Living Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who have been accepted to college as well as current college students. The scholarship is open to any student in any major, although the scholarship is ideal for students enrolled in any health care major including but not limited to: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Dental Hygiene, Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Pre-Med, Speech Language Pathology, etc. Applicant must submit an essay on how their major effects senior care.

Magic Carpet Music Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to young individuals or students of Riverside County (California) and citizens of the United States. Applicant must be at least 17 years of age by deadline and have at least a 2.0 GPA. Competition consists of a live performance at the Competition in vocal, instrumental (soloist) or original composition.

Description: Scholarship is open to students attending an accredited college in the California counties of San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, or Imperial.
