Scholarships for Non-Traditional Students

Many scholarships have age limits, leaving non-traditional college students (over 25 years of age) out of luck. However, there are still many scholarships out there that have no age requirements, or are specifically open to non-traditional college students.

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. residents who are accepted or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the U.S. Applicant must submit an essay on one of three given topics related to false accusations, firearms, or Title IX.

Mobility Scooters Direct Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students with at least a 3.0 GPA and who can demonstrate involvement on campus or in the community. Applicant must submit a completed application, personal essay, and a recommendation.

Denny’s HBCU Meal Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors and current college students who attend a HBCU. In addition to the general scholarships, there are scholarships open only to South Carolina students.
