Scholarships for Current College Students

Just because you have started college already doesn’t mean you can’t continue to search for outside scholarships! There are many scholarships available that are open to current college students.

A+ Federal Credit Union Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to current A+FCU members (Texas) or children or grandchildren of A+FCU members. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior planning to study any major, current college students with at least 60 collegiate hours AND successfully admitted into the School of Education and teachers working on a master’s degree.

KyCPA College Scholarships

Description: Scholarship is open to students who are enrolled in an accredited Kentucky-based college or university who are at least a sophomore at the time of application. Applicant must have completed Principles of Accounting and either has completed or is enrolled in Intermediate Accounting.

Oracle Corporate Scholars Program

Description: Scholarship is open to African-American college students who are currently pursuing a major in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Marketing, or Human Resources, and related majors. Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Autism Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. citizens who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and wish to continue their education at a university/college/junior college or trade/vocational school. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior, current college student, or student returning to school within a year of scholarship award.

PAF’s Scholarships for Survivors
Sponsor: Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF)
Amount: $3,000 annually up to four consecutive years, as long as applicant meet the guidelines of the program

Description: Scholarship is open to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher who are under the age of 25 and have been diagnosed with or treated for cancer, a chronic, or life threatening debilitating disease within the past five years.

Simon Youth Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors and current college students who attend one of the Simon Youth Foundation Academies, live near a Simon mall property, or are a son or daughter of an employee of Simon Property Group.

UCB Family Epilepsy Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to students living with epilepsy or students who are a family member or caregiver of a person living with epilepsy. Applicant must be seeking an associate’s, undergraduate, or graduate degree program during the fall of 2020.

Women’s Cyber Security Scholarship

Description: Scholarships are open to women pursuing a degree with an information security/cybersecurity focus who are high school seniors, first year undergraduate students, or mid-career professionals pursuing an undergraduate degree (freshman, sophomore, or junior year). Description: Scholarship is open to members of DCHA, or the sons, daughters or legal dependents of a DCHA members. Income Inequality Video Contest

Description: Contest is open to filmmakers aged 14-23. Applicant must create a 1-3 minute video on income inequality.

Innovation in Education Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in high school or college within the United States with at least 3.0 GPA. Applicant must be a citizen of, permanent resident, or hold a valid student visa in the United States or Canada. Applicant must have designed an innovative project that makes a difference in the lives of others and submit an essay describing the goal of the particular project and provide supporting documentation.

Description: Scholarships are open to California college students with serious illness or injury. Applicant must be under the age of 30 and have a serious medical condition affecting their ability to stay in school.

Description: Scholarship is open to current residents of the state of Maryland who are high school juniors or seniors or currently attending an accredited Maryland post-secondary school. First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association Annual Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to members in good standing with the Association for at least three years prior to date of application. Applicant must also have a policy with the organization in his or her own name. Scholarships are open to students in grades 1-12, as well as college and graduate students. Richard and Louise Varco Scholarship
