Scholarships for Current College Students

Just because you have started college already doesn’t mean you can’t continue to search for outside scholarships! There are many scholarships available that are open to current college students.

Aluminum Extrusion Design Competition

Description: Competition is open to currently enrolled high school, college/university, technical school, and graduate school students who are studying design, engineering, architecture, or related fields. Applicant must enter their unique and original design that shows off their talent, ingenuity and creativity by designing components, systems, products, or product assemblies that feature aluminum extrusions.

ETS | TMCF Presidential Scholarship Program

Closing Date: March 16, 2020extended to March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate juniors and seniors who attend a HBCU and have at least a 3.5 GPA. Applicant must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and financial need.

Hard of Hearing or Deaf Scholarship
Sponsor: Sertoma
Amount: $1,000
Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students with a minimum 40db bilaterial hearing loss, as evidenced on audiogram by an SRT of 40db or greater in both ears. Applicant must be pursing a bachelor’s degree on a full-time basis at a college or university in the United States.

PCRF Scholarships
Sponsor: Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation
Amount: Up to $5,000
Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors, community college students, and four-year undergraduate students who have been treated for pediatric cancer. Applicant must have at least a 2.5 GPA.

The Network BICP – Lewis Latimer Scholarship

Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to African American undergraduate students enrolled in the targeted STEM fields at any accredited four-year college or university during the current academic year.

TMCF All Around Scholarship

Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior for the 2020-2021 school year at a TMCF 47 member-school.

TMCF | FedEx Scholarship

Amount: Up to $5,000
Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to students who will be enrolled as a full-time freshman, sophomore, junior or senior at any TMCF member-school during the upcoming academic school year. Applicant must be majoring in Business or Logistics, have at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate leadership abilities, demonstrate financial need, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

TMCF | HBCU Alliance Partner Inc. Scholarship

Amount: Up to $4,500
Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to students who will be enrolled as a full-time freshman, sophomore, junior or senior at a TMCF member school during the upcoming academic school year. Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate leadership abilities, demonstrate financial need, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Trey Porter Law Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to current college students attending Canadian and American college and universities. Applicant must submit an essay on how they plan to make their community a better place after graduation.

Description: Scholarship is open to African American students enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year HBCU who are college seniors (class of 2020).

Woman of Wonder Scholarships

Closing Date: March 30, 2020
Description: Scholarship is open to residents of Washington States who are admitted as a student to attend an accredited college or university and can demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to single moms, women raised by a single parent, and women on their own with no support.
