$2,000 Easy Scholarship: Complete One Sports-Themed Challenge to Impact COVID-19
Scholarship Amount: $2,000
Closing Date: May 5, 2020
Description: In the wake of COVID-19, games and pep rallies might be cancelled, but you still use the power of sports to build community, promote school spirit, and make a difference for those affected by COVID-19. Join the One Team Challenge, powered by ESPN, with a new challenge every week until May 31. Complete just one (1) of the below challenges to enter for a $2,000 scholarship. The more challenges you complete, the more chances you have to win! Week 1 – Share your favorite game-day pump-up song for our #oneteam playlist. Week 2 – Use our guide to make a DIY mask in your school colors for yourself and others to make sure their “uniform” is complete. While you’re social distancing, you could win an easy $1,000 scholarship by sending us tips on how you get through these particularly stressful times. Join the #oneteam challenge, powered by ESPN, with a new challenge every week until May 31. Complete just one (1) of the below challenges to enter for a $3,000 scholarship. The more challenges you complete, the more chances you have to win! Week 4 – Cheer on the real MVPs – your community’s essential workers – as loudly as you can by making signs of appreciation and encouragement in your team’s colors. Week 5 – Hand out personalized digital awards (like “Most Hustle” or “Most Likely To Be a Great Coach One Day”) to celebrate how each graduating senior (or other deserving teammates) stepped up, both on and off the field. Week 6 – Serve as your #oneteam dream team captain by hosting a digital “practice” (or dance party!) featuring your favorite sports drills to help your teammates work out and stay healthy during COVID-19. $1,500 Easy Scholarship: Give a Friend a Digital Road Safety Card
Amount: $1,500
Closing Date: June 12, 2020
Description: You could win an easy $1,500 scholarship by sharing a digital card to help a friend stay safe on the road. About 6 out of 10 teen crashes involve distracted driving, but 81% of people say they’d be less likely to drive distracted if their close friends and family encouraged them not to. Take our Road Safety quiz to receive a customized digital road safety card (or one you can print). Eligibility Information

While there is no GPA, test score, or essay requirements, there are some eligibility requirements students must meet to enter any of the above scholarship opportunities:

  • US or Canadian citizens, regardless of residence OR reside in the U.S. or Canada.
  • 13 to 25 years of age.
