Do you like making a difference in your school or community? If you do, DoSomething has many campaigns to make a difference, and for participating, you will be entered to win a scholarship! Below are campaigns from DoSomething that are accepting entries in November.

Find Your V-Spot: Make a Plan For How You’ll Vote on Election Day
Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Closing Date: November 6, 2018
About: Election Day is November 6. Get ready to vote and make your voice heard in these important elections.
How to enter: Make a plan for how you will get out to vote for the Midterm Elections on November 6th. By making a plan or sending in a picture of you after you vote, you’ll automatically be entered to win the scholarship.

Grab the Mic: Help Friends Take Care of Themselves
Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Closing Date: November 30, 2018
About: Young people are more stressed than ever. According to a recent study, young people spend more than six hours each day feeling “stressed out.”
How to enter: Share a self-care guide wot help your friends remember to take care of themselves. Each time you share the self-care guide or post a positive message you will receive one scholarship entry. Unlimited entries.

Poll Call: Share Your Thoughts About the 2018 Midterm Elections
Scholarship Amount: $3,000
Closing Date: November 30, 2018
About: 75% of young people say the government isn’t listening. It’s time to change that.
How to enter: Anonymously answer one opinion question about politics. Share your opinion and you’ll automatically be entered to win the scholarship. Every response counts as an entry.

Escape the Vape: Take This 5-Question Quiz to Learn What’s Really in E-Cigs
Scholarship Amount: $5,000
Closing Date: December 15, 2018
How to enter: Take this quiz to find out how much e-cig companies are hiding from you about their products.

Share a Helpful Tip with a Friend
Scholarship Amount: $5,000
Closing Date: January 15, 2019
How to enter: Help prevent impaired driving by giving a friend a (house, mailbox, etc.) key to start the conversation about how you can prevent impaired driving. Each action completed on the campaign page equals one entry. Each action counts as an entry. Unlimited entries!

Eligibility Information

While there is no GPA, test score, or essay requirements, there are some eligibility requirements students must meet to enter any of the above scholarship opportunities:

  • US or Canadian citizens, regardless of residence OR reside in the U.S. or Canada.
  • 13 to 25 years of age.

The above scholarship contests are easy to enter and you’ll be making a difference. Check them out and participate before the closing dates.
