Do you like making a difference in your school or community? If you do, DoSomething has many campaigns to make a difference, and for participating, you will be entered to win a scholarship! Below are the campaigns with September 2016 closing dates.

Help Your Friends Reduce Stress
Scholarship Amount: $1,500
Closing Date: September 15, 2016
About: 97% of American teens report being stressed during back-to-school season.
How to enter: Take a picture of what you look like when you’re stressed (your #SuperStressFace!). Share it with friends on social media with one of the tips proven to help de-stress. That will help make back-to-school easier for your friends and automatically enter you to win the scholarship. Unlimited entries.

Protect Elephants With One Simple Click!
Scholarship Amount: $2,000
Closing Date: September 15, 2016
About: 96 African elephants are killed by poachers every single day, which means these amazing animals could be extinct by 2025.
How to enter: Each ivory product you flag on Craigslist will get one entry for the scholarship. Unlimited entries.

Collect Peanut Butter for a Local Food Bank!
Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Closing Date: September 19, 2016
About: Around 50 million people live in households without enough food to eat.
How to enter: Collect peanut butter (or other non-perishable food items) to support your local food bank. For every five jars of peanut butter (or non-perishable food items) you collect, you will gain one scholarship entry.

Collect Sports Gear for Kids in Underserved Communities
Scholarship Amount: $5,000
Closing Date: September 30, 2016
About: Kids from underserved communities are 50% less likely to play sports. One major reason is the equipment is too expensive.
How to enter: Collect gently used sports gear for kids in underserved communities. Donate what you collect to a local shelter (DoSomething will give you the address to the closest one). For every piece of equipment, you receive one scholarship entry.

Help Make Your School More Fair
Scholarship Amount: $1,000
Closing Date: September 30, 2016
About: Every single day at school can be an uphill battle depending on how much money your family makes.
How to enter: Spotting hidden inequalities in your school and making it more fair is hard. But, you can help! Share the game with three friends to receive one scholarship entry.

About: Many of the 3.5 million Americans who experience homelessness each year have extremely limited access to period products (pads, tampons, etc.). In fact, period products are some of the most needed items in homeless shelters across the country.
How to enter: Receive entries by sending unopened boxes of feminine care products to a local shelter – DoSomething will give you an address. Applicant can receive unlimited entries.
