Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors at a high school in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia or a recent GED grad residing in DC, Maryland or Virginia. Applicant must have been born outside the U.S. or have two parents who were born outside of the U.S. There is no citizenship or legal residence requirements.
