Description: Scholarships are open to API program participants. There are multiple scholarships with specific requirements – see website for details. In addition to general scholarships, there are scholarships specifically open to community college students, military veterans, non-traditional students, students with disabilities, minority students, LGBTQ students, STEM majors, and student athletes.

Army Scholarship Foundation Scholarships
Sponsor: Army Scholarship Foundation
Amount: Up to $2,000

Description: Scholarships are open to sons, daughters, or spouses of regular active duty, active duty Reserve, or active duty National Guard U.S. Army members in good standing, OR sons or daughters of former U.S. Army members who received an honorable discharge or medical discharge, or who were killed while serving in the U.S. Army. Applicant must be a high school senior, high school graduate, or registered undergraduate student.

Autism Society of South Central Wisconsin College Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to current and accepted college students who have a medical or educational diagnosis that falls within the autism spectrum. Applicant must reside in one of the following counties in south central and south western Wisconsin: Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland, Rock, or Sauk.

Bird Dog Foundation College Scholarship Essay Contest

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are preparing to enter freshman year of college or university. Applicant must reside in Tennessee, Mississippi, or Arkansas and applicant must be a U.S. Citizen.

Carter Stroupe Memorial Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who are residents of Guilford, Rockingham, Randolph or Alamance County, North Carolina and self-identity as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or straight ally.

Certificate and 2-Year Nursing Programs Scholarship

Amount: Up to $5,000 per year

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current LPN/LVN, AND, and RN (18-24 month programs) students. Applicant must live within a 150-mile radius of Houston, Pennsylvania and must have at least a 2.5 GPA.

CJ Pony Parts Scholarship Video Contest

Description: Scholarship is open to U.S. residents who will be enrolled in post-secondary education in their next semester. Applicant must submit a video that is under three minutes on one of several given topics related to cars.

Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full-time in an accredited California post-secondary educational institution whose educational career goal coincides in communicating and interpreting nature’s wonder. Applicant must be pursuing degrees in environmental protection, forestry, wildlife and fisheries biology, parks and recreation, park management, environmental law and public policy, environmental art, or California history.

Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students pursuing a juris doctor degree in any law school accredited by the American Bar Association. Applicant must have financial need.

Fleet Reserve Association Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to students who are affiliated with the USN, USMC or USCG through their own service or that of their spouse, parent, grandparent or great-grandparent. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the United States.

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students who are under the age of 26. Applicant must be the dependent child of a U.S. Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Guardsman or Marine who has become permanently disabled or KIA as a result of an operational mission or training accident or a dependent child who has been classified as a POW or MIA.
