Description: The Bridges Program is an overnight visit experience for high-achieving high school seniors from historically underrepresented populations or who have a commitment to promoting a deeper understanding of and appreciation for diversity. Round-trip transportation will be provided from select cities, and airports. Students who apply, are accepted, and enroll on the Oxford campus for Fall 2019 will be eligible to receive the Bridges Program scholarship.

Middlebury College

Description: MVP is a selective, all-expenses paid visit program for high-achieving high school seniors. Students from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as well as students from families with limited financial resources and first generation college students.

Reed College

Description: Reed invites highly qualified high school seniors from around the U.S. to campus for exploration of Reed and the City of Portland. Applicant must be from a historically underrepresented racial or ethnic background (African-American, Asian-American, Latino-American, Middle-Eastern American, and Pacific Islander). All travel is arranged and paid for by the college (including flights to and from Portland).

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Program Name: Science, Technology, Arts at Rensselaer (STAR Program)

Description: Academically talented, underrepresented minorities and young women are invited to apply for the STAR Program. Rensselaer will provide transportation for students from the New York metro area on a chartered bus and limited travel assistance is available for students for whom the trip to Rensselaer would present a financial hardship.

Description: Discover Scripps is an opportunity for students from underrepresented backgrounds to explore the Scripps College campus. Description: Program is open to high school juniors and seniors. Whitworth specifically encourages students of underrepresented racial and ethnic populations and first-generation college students to apply. Students accepted for the MVP program from the Seattle/Tacoma area will be provided transportation to campus vis charter bus. Students coming to campus from at least 250 miles away are eligible to apply for a campus visit travel grant.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute
