Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship Program

Description: Scholarship is open to qualified students from minority groups underrepresented in law schools who attend one of the Law Schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Burlington North Santa Fe (BNSF) Foundation Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to Native American, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians who are graduating high school seniors and live in a state serviced by BNSF (Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington). Applicant must be planning to study Business, Finance, Mathematics, Natural/Physical Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Education, Medicine, or Health Administration.

Fishing Heritage Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to descendants of a licensed California commercial fisherman, descendants of the current spouse of a licensed California commercial fisherman, or holder of a valid California commercial fishing license or worked on a vessel licensed by the California Department of Fish and Game for at least the past five years. San Luis Obispo County qualified applicants will have priority of the available scholarship funds.

Follansbee-Hansen Scholarship

Foundation for College Christian Leaders

Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current undergraduate Christian students attending college in California, Oregon, or Washington. Applicant must have a Christian testimony and verifiable Christian leadership.

Kaiser Permanente Health Equity Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who reside in one of the following eight (8) Kaiser Permanente service areas: California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, or Washington State. Applicant must have a 2.5 GPA and have an interest in pursuing either a clinical career path (e.g., pharmacist, physician, practitioner, nurse) or non-clinical career path (e.g., accounting, business administration, human resources, marketing, public policy) career path in the healthcare industry. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, undocumented immigrant or designated DACA (“Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals”) recipient of the U.S.

UNCF Ladders of Hope Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who will be attending a UNCF institution full-time in the fall. Applicant must have at least a 2.5 GPA, have demonstrated, unmet need, and be a permanent resident of South Los Angeles and/or surrounding areas.

Kia America – HACU STEAM Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students attending a four-year HACU-member institution who have financial need and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicant must be majoring in a STEAM program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or Math). First generation students are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of the states of California and Georgia.

Miller Lite Brewed to be Bright Scholarships – National

Description: Scholarship is open to undergraduate students who attend a HACU-member institution within the following areas: Colorado, Puerto Rico, Los Angeles, California, Miami, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, New York, New York, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age, be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident or DACA recipient, and have at least a 2.5 GPA.

Ethical Torch Essay Scholarship

Southern California Movers Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to deserving students facing economic hardship and immediate monetary need that, if not met, could result in an inability to complete classes or a degree program. CalCPA Scholarship

Description: Scholarships are open to students with an interest in pursing professional careers in the accounting field. Applicant must be enrolled at an institution of higher learning in the state of California and must be a member of CalCPA (student membership is free).
