EWISP – Dallas Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors located within the boundaries of the Dallas Chapter. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have contributed to their community as demonstrated by their involvement in extracurricular activities, work, religious, or volunteer activities. Only one student per school is eligible to apply. Applicant must contact a school official and be selected to submit the EWISP scholarship application.

Richard L. Taylor Flight Training Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled in a flight program at an accredited college or university with aspirations to become a professional pilot. Applicant must have a private pilot’s license and at least a 3.0 GPA.

Coast Guard Foundation Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to unmarried dependent children of enlisted men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard. Description: Competition is open to currently enrolled high school, college/university, technical school, and graduate school students who are studying design, engineering, architecture, or related fields. Applicant must enter their unique and original design that shows off their talent, ingenuity and creativity by designing components, systems, products, or product assemblies that feature aluminum extrusions.

Communicative Disorders Scholarship

Hard of Hearing or Deaf Scholarship

Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students with a minimum 40db bilaterial hearing loss, as evidenced on audiogram by an SRT of 40db or greater in both ears. Applicant must be pursing a bachelor’s degree on a full-time basis at a college or university in the United States.

King’s Daughters Health Foundation Scholarships

Description: Scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors in Boyd, Carter, Greenup, or Lawrence counties, Kentucky, Lawrence County, Ohio, or Wayne County, West Virginia. In addition to a general scholarship, there is a scholarship open to students planning to enroll in a health career field at an educational institution in Kentucky, Ohio, or West Virginia.
