Attending college can be quite expensive for students and their families. Luckily, there are many college scholarships and contests available to help pay for a college education. Students should seek out and apply for scholarships in which they meet the eligibility requirements. Below are 66 college scholarships and contests with July 2015 deadlines. Only brief information about each scholarship is listed. Therefore, students are encouraged to visit the scholarship websites to get further details about eligibility and requirements.

This is amazing. I didn’t really have time to apply for as many as I wanted because I was so busy during the school year. Thank god for you. I have to find my tuition in all of three months and this looks like it will do me some justice.
I’m glad you found my scholarship lists! I actually post a “Scholarship Saturday” list every Saturday – sometimes it has some of the same scholarships as this big list, but as I find more scholarships, or if scholarship providers contact me, I add them to the Scholarship Saturday post. Follow my blog to get notified every time I post a new article. Also, once you get to college, don’t forget about looking for scholarship. Even if you just dedicate 30 minutes a week (just set the same time aside every week), it could help.

Hi Sharil. A lot of the scholarships will send out decisions within two weeks to a month after the deadline. Many scholarships will give the date they will send decisions on their scholarship website.

Hi Janice. I recommend your daughter start searching for scholarships now. A good place to start is to review all of the scholarships I post on my website and apply to the ones she meets the requirements. I also recommend she sign up with some of the major scholarship search sites such as Fastweb, Cappex, and Unigo. She will be asked to create a profile and each time a scholarship is added to their database that she meets the requirements, they will send her information on the scholarship. There are many scholarships out there for students attending two-year colleges.
